elsiro’s apothecary to remain closed for good
The apothecary was one of the most severely damaged establishments in the asteroid strike that clouted the Market earlier this cycle, which Mawley miraculously managed to walk away from unscathed, only to be hit by a tram on Rhanavar the following week. He was the last in a line of apothecaries that predated the Vermillion Empire, now that his son clearly has other plans for the family name.
Elsiro’s first opened in BC 26 in Canora’s Industrial District, before relocating to the Portal in 67 AC on a promise from the Expedition Front that ‘it will be really good for business and you definitely won’t get hit by an asteroid.’ Suspiciously on-the-nose prophecies aside, Elsiro’s did in fact experience it’s most profitable cycles whilst on board our station, leaving young Yeurlin with a not-insubstantial inheritance to go and do whatever he wants with.
‘I might open a restaurant on the Tidal Ellipse’, he suggested to me as he was packing up the room he’d been renting at the Short Fall since the impact. ‘Or maybe I’ll go extradimensional, see what it’s like in one of these other realities everyone here is always banging on about. Who knows, I could be the next Wellowby!’ Judging from the fact it took him a good twenty-five minutes to find his sunglasses given that he was already wearing them, my feeling is that this young fellow’s aspirations may be of the overly-optimistic variety.
Talks about what to put in place of the apothecary are currently underway (which no doubt will lead to an unnecessary number of tantrums).

She has been instrumental in exposing numerous intrigues during her tenure, most notably the Vicarian Valley scandal and the mysterious deficit the Astral Market ran in 71AC (which turned out to just be a batch of haunted cash registers undoubtedly planted by the NANTARIS).
Celdevere currently resides on Sophia, where she works remotely in order to avoid the traffic on the Celestial Highroad.
